In this clinic, Dr. I got Guzin Sari botox. I had swelling, redness and itching all around my eyes and forehead. When I reported this situation, they told me that they injected the Botox equivalent Dysport product, that they had experienced such situations in some products for the last 6-7 months and that they informed the company. If such a situation is experienced, why is it not informed about which substance to be injected and possible complications before the procedure? They messed up my face right before the holiday. I was disgraced with my money in the place I went to in Istanbul for an above-normal fee just to not have any problems and to get a quality service. Patient information is extremely poor. The receptionist lady answered the complaints by saying this is Turkey. They made no effort to compensate for this poor service. Unfortunately, opening a beautiful office does not bring professionalism.
I never recommend it, run away.

I went for hair mesotherapy and PRP. With all my procedures, Dr. Ms. Guzin was interested. I was very pleased with him, it is a slightly painful procedure, but he was always interested in both massage and conversation to relieve my pain.
