Very good service with translation of language if you need to.
About their service are excellent, I’m very excited and happy with my teeth.

My consultant and co-ordinator Attika and Kay were very friendly, helpful and there for me every step of the way.

I would like to share my honest experience with promed clinic. I have a hair transplant surgery done there. I obviously experienced great experience with all medical staffing. Each of them was professional dealing with me. It’s been nine days since the surgery and I haven’t faced any problem so far. Also, the follower person has been answering my concerning and questions all the time. also would like to mention a couple of things that happened, and I wish the clinic can work on them and fix them, first was the communication. They need to do a little bit better work to do better communication between all of them because I found myself lost on some point but then it was fixed. Second of all, staffing need to be educated to identify themselves when they walk in to the patient room, before starting their job to identify the patient who they’re.
Additionally, I want to mention my coordinator’s name Hossam who was super helpful and very kind during my surgery time there. He deserves to get promotion for his great job at all time . My friend had a tummy tuck and liposuction surgery there with the plastic surgeon Dr Anvar (Ahmedov).
I was very sceptical at first, worried about my long-time close friend, like many would be I sure.
During the consultation Dr Anvar explained everything in great detail. He was very honest, extremely knowledgeable and very patient, whiles me and my friend had endless questions about all the procedure, during it and all its aftereffects.
As well as, needed advice on the best procedure to do.
These questions were answered in great detail, accompanied by a real genuine heartfelt understanding that it isn’t all about the money, it is about making the right realistic decision together, that will give the best long-term results. and it is a two-way recovery commitment, to maintaining the best possible results in maintaining healthy/protein eating and practical exercises in the aftercare.
I.e. – the surgeon does the best surgery to suit the patient, and the patient has a responsibility to commit to the aftercare recommended for the best long-term results.
He was fantastic! And I can honestly say, he was there with my friend throughout the whole way in a caring genuine “love his job and care for his patients” way. Before surgery, during and after to the point he was one of the last people we had seen before flying home. Checking all his great work, that I can honestly say it was amazing the results. I couldn’t believe it myself – he is very good!
During the whole stay in Istanbul, (we flew from England) we were also constantly supported throughout by a wonderful lady called Kay and an amazing gentleman called Dorukhan, they were flawless! With being constantly by me and my friend’s side. Nothing was a problem and they made us feel so safe, valued, respected and at ease. They answered every single question and always got back to us when needed. We didn’t need to worry about a thing! Regarding transport, medication, during care/as well as aftercare and all communication between the surgeon and the hospital.
They both were so friendly, very understanding, empathetic and completely genuine. With caring honest hearts, always listening, calm, attentive, always smiling and speaking fantastic English.
I must say…. again! I am very grateful to the team we had and thank you so much to Promed Clinic for the amazing staff and Surgeon. That made me and my friend, feel so comfortable in such a difficult situation where we were both extremely nervous about it all. We have come home with a nice memory, a great safe experience that I feel, I can honestly trust again if I or my friend would ever want a different procedure in the future.

Please dont go this clinic. My experience was very worst, and I do not want you to experience what I’ve gone through.they dont have doctor.the surgery is very painful and have no professional doctors. All are young narses.we agreed that 5000 grafts but during the procedure, only 3700 grafts were planted.also the after 2years the result is bad.all transplant hair is gone.
They gave me certificate and called them about my result but they adviced
me, second surgery.promid is a travel agent,not clinic. Be careful before decide to go this bad clinic.

After waiting about 2-3 hours in Airport you must go direct in Promed clinic und finish the payment after that they escort you to the Hotel wich is not in your agreement or their offer wich they self sent it to you. I paid VIP Package but i did not receive it as they promised me ☹️until i am fighting hard 🥵. I am really sorry but it was my job to say the people that work hard in their country and save the money to do treatment in Türkiye 🇹🇷 specially in Promed Clinic 😩😩 very disappointed. I am now in Dentaliva by Promed clinic and waiting about two hours 😡😡without translator but one of non professional agent of Promed clinic is hier by my side 😖😖😖

Guys please do some research before Travelling thousands of miles and before taking decision whereabout turkey you are going to perform your Hair Transplant.
This was my second time Hair Transplant in Turkey. First time I have done with a clinic which I can not remember the name now. This time I have dome with Promed Clinic.
Promed Clinic has some marketing agents and one of them whose name is MOHAMED BELKADI (who is an Algerian)whom I will describe as a lie machine. Every single of his explanation and answer is full with lie and exaggeration. He is a professional liar. Every single moment he will tell you lie. Before travelling from the UK whatever he promised us he couldn’t even keep 30% of his commitment. He promised us that they will transplant 5000 grafts but they transplanted 3800 grafts and they couldn’t give me any Proper Explanation about this. During the operating I asked the technician that how many grafts they have transplanted the lady replied me me that they have transplanted 5000 grafts. Later on in the documents I have found that they did 3800 which is 1200 grafts less then they promised me.
There are another Moroccan lady who claimed to be a doctor (I have reason to doubt) she is another big liar. During the consultation she also told me they will transplant over 5000 grafts also explained me about my packages later on which they didn’t provide me.
There are another Tunisian lady who is another member of this Fraud gangs.
As soon as you reached their clinic they will take your passport and will pretend like they will not give your passport unless you pay them. Which is another way of their collecting money.
They also didn’t provide me all the treatment which were part of my Package.
Their packages prices are also double than all other clinic in Turkey.
So guys please do your research before taking decision where are you going to do you hair transplant.
Turkey is a great nation and I have found them to be very nice people. But those Algerian, Moroccan and Tunisian fraudsters are making a bad reputation for Turkey.

Please conduct a solid search before deciding on a hair transplant clinic in Turkey. My experience was worst, and I do not want you to experience what I’ve gone through. Spend a few hundred more and do a hair transplant with a dermatologist or skin care doctor.
Promed is not a dermatologist or skin care doctor’s office. They’re more like a consultation office, similar to a travel agency. There is no actual doctor; instead, they send patients to a local hospital called Florya after collecting your money. Throughout my procedure, I’ve not met any doctor. Everyone was a nurse/technician.
I’ve scheduled in person consultation with Promed Clinic in July 2022 while on vacation in Istanbul. During the initial consultation, they assured that around 4,000 to 4,500 grafts would be transplanted, however, during the procedure, only 3,000 grafts were planted. Here are a few significant issues with the so-called Promed Clinic:
• Poor communication. My medical consultant Omaid was a
good guy but lacked the basic knowledge of hair
transplant/procedure.
• Promised 4,500 grafts but transplanted 3,000. They issued a
a certificate that clearly states 3,000 grafts.
• I specifically asked to focus more on the crown area. They were supposed to plant 2000 grafts in the crown area and 2500 in the front, but instead, 3000 grafts were mostly planted in the front area.
• They gave me two local anesthesia or sedation because of
miscommunications.
• In my package, one session PRP was included, but it was
never done. When I inquired, they said we did it.
• Post-surgery instruction was not explicit at all. I’ve to visit Dr.
Serkain’s website to learn more about the post-surgery dos
and don’ts.
• Post-surgery follow-up was part of my package, the medical
consultant reached out two times and asked for photos, but
no feedback was provided.
Despite the above issues, I expected the result would be good, but after almost six months, the impact is minimal compared to people I know who has done hair transplant with well-known doctors in Turkey. I’ve reported these issues to my medical consultant, but no precise response was provided.

I had my hair transplant operation almost two months ago. I have never received proper consultation from this clinic, never saw my consultant and now I do not receive any response when I share my hair photos (probably this is part of the guarantee package!).
They are very good at customer service. It was interesting that they asked me to write a “good review” only two days after my operation. This simply means there are loads of fake reviews on this page. There are a lot of clinics in Istanbul, I suggest you look for a “real” one.

An absolute horrific experience. I had my hair transplant in October 2020. Operation was extremely painful, done by young completely non-professional young students. I had a very good doner area and they had to cover little crown and little front. They took at least 5000 hairs and drafted around 3000 the most (although on certificate it says 4000 which is an absolute lie). Now after 2 & a half year my hairs are worst than before. I have lost my doner area. Transplanted hairs are falling off. I still feel a strange sensation in my head. They do not have any expert to advise you if post operation complication arise. Let me say they no nothing about transplant. So please be very careful while choosing this clinic. If you decide to chose this clinic ask them where the operation will take place, visit the area, see who is doing transplant. I tried to be as honest as possible. My advise is, ” Do not chose this clinic, search some other clinics and have necessary checks, do not believe what clinic people will say”. Awarding 1 star as this is the least I can award, I wish I could award them -ve star.

Be careful please. This hair clinic is not what it pretends to be. I had my transplant in January 2021 and i had really a bad experience with them. Before transplant, an online free consultation was given by a doctor but when you arrive and pay them, they will hand over you to non-professional guys who are even not real surgeons. Guy who planted my hair, has done a disaster. He played with my donor area with no sense at all and plucked hair from donor area blindly. My donor area looks patchy now. Planted hair on the front looks awful because that fake surgeon planted the grafts without considering the hair angle and directions and now it is always difficult to style my hair because grown hair look like a blast on the head with no styling angle and direction. They also planted my moustasche and the results are same. I contacted the their agents but later left with unsatisfied answers. My lawyer from Istanbul will file a law suit against them soon and we will expose them on media as well.

After being convinced by the great customer service, the quick responses, the competitive pricing, and the pictures of the day after or week later post op procedures; must I say I am HIGHLY disappointed!! I’m about 4/5 months away from my 1 year disaster procedure. Which in messages I have been told different healing times and full result time frames from translators to supervisors to the clinic’s “fake doctor”. 4-6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, now I send pictures they’re saying 12-18 months! I am soooooo devastated! And know one reply’s anymore, help, or have a solution to MY NON GROWING, THIN, hair line!!

The taxi service is slow. Rendering it is not taxi drivers fault at times, rather it was my consultant Danish’s fault. He never communicates clearly. It seems like he is there for money and after you pay his motivation fades.
Other than that my experience with the clinic was delightful. Please don’t waste people’s time and money Danish. At this point I wouldn’t recommend at its current state.

Manal was a key contact with me during my very first stage which started with sharing the photos of the scalp, fore, sides and back of head.
Post the above Manal got back to me with recommendations after consulting with the hair specialist team about the number of graft and the procedure to be carried in my case it was DHI.
Manal had requested my travel dates which enabled her to book the taxi and the hotel. Manal made all the arrangements which meant stress free for me with no concerns.
Honestly throughout consultation, the level of communication with Manal was excellent even pre and post procedure, which was a great relief, Manal was very helpful especially during the stage where I had both my eyes totally puffed and swollen and she recommended to drink lots of water to flush out the antibiotics.
Manal has been very helpful with good communication basis from the start to even now, where request for updates are sent back to Manal and the latest photos showing the hair growth progress.
Manal keep up the good work and once again thank you very much for all your continued support and making the process worry free, wish all the very best and good luck for the future.

They tried to sell me something more at 150 euros once i arrived in turkey. They never mentionned this before. but they said it would help the surgery to get better result.
After 8 months now , i don’t see result.
They used to text me very very often before the surgery but as soon as i finished, they stopped all of a sudden.
they contacted me only once but to sell me something, supposed to be very important for after-surgery but they didn’t mention this when i was in turkey.

I had a hair transplant 3 days ago and the whole experience from start to finish was a very positive one. I was given a comfortable 4 star hotel and the doctors at the hospital were very professional and helpful, I was provided an interpreter who helped me convey my concerns to the doctor.
The most positive aspect of this experience was the fact that I was able to constantly contact Mr Imtiaz who was excellent throughout my experience. He has been in touch with me from the start up until now. Whenever I had any medical worries he was always there to answer all my questions professionally. Mr Imtiaz has been outstanding in providing constant care round the clock, even if I called him at midnight he was available.

I’m now considering to have the treatment for a second time, but this time by a professional Party. Btw, i did contact Promed salesperson who had helped back then, but no response. I sent her a picture of my head, but I guess, she has no explanation to justify the result. Although my messages are being marked as read.
But i’m glad many ppl have positive feedbacks, i guess it works for some and some not. I didn’t find reviews of ppl that have posted the review after a long time. Almost all reviews if not all of them are posted short after the treatment.

I will be writing about my own experience that some of you might of been through and some of you didn’t but the people who are going visit this center has the right to know few details that the happy customers maybe wont mention:
The problem is there no way that they were able to count the grafts and that is annoying because you cant tell if they really implanted that exact number or they just telling you the maximal number of grafts in order to motivate you.
the operation itself was very annoying starting from injecting the local anesthsia which was done by a nurse who didnt give a check that l have a lower pain thresh-hold than the other and kept injecting everywhere while repeating sorry “no english”, the doors kept opening and closing every 5 minute from other workers – who needed something from the room or just came by to talk, no body knocked on the door before coming in, most of them use their phones while operating and answering calls without even taking off the gloves,
HOSPITAL room did not contain any monitors to monitor your vital statistics after all this is a surgery -Rags ( or Towels) are from the market and are not sanitized
There is NO DOCTOR WATCHING OVER THEM DURING THE PROCEDURE OR PERIODICALLY STOPPING by to see how things are going and they was talking ,singing and laughing during while operating. Don’t forget they performed 8 to 10 procedures everyday WITHOUT A CERTIFIED DOCTOR WATCHING OVER THEM
THERE ARE NO HAND SANITIZERS IN THE ROOM .
the prices are different for each patient. Although, they had their hair treated with same technique and its depends on the grafts number so you never know why someone pays less or more than you.
the hotel was far away from the hair center and we had to drive through the traffic everytime you needed to go there so the location wasnt very clever at all, hotel itself was okay but, didnt match the 5 stars even 4 star category, guests were smoking in the hallway and even outside their rooms in front of the elevator, the breakfast was very primitive and below standard. My overall rating is bad/ not satisfied. Even though, I didn’t see the results yet. ( its just my 6th day) but this center has a lot to improve and change in order to deserve the current rating (4.3) which doesnt match the service it provides. My advice to you, as long as it has to do with your health or physical appearance try to search for best of the best because it’s false the path to save money at the cost of your health/ physical appearance.

Had my procedure done on 13/02/23, i opted for the stem-cell treatment as well. I had around 4200 grafts done.

I would like to share my honest experience with promed clinic. I have a hair transplant surgery done there. I obviously experienced great experience with all medical staffing. Each of them was professional dealing with me. It’s been nine days since the surgery and I haven’t faced any problem so far. Also, the follower person has been answering my concerning and questions all the time. also would like to mention a couple of things that happened, and I wish the clinic can work on them and fix them, first was the communication. They need to do a little bit better work to do better communication between all of them because I found myself lost on some point but then it was fixed. Second of all, staffing need to be educated to identify themselves when they walk in to the patient room, before starting their job to identify the patient who they’re.
Additionally, I want to mention my coordinator’s name Hossam who was super helpful and very kind during my surgery time there. He deserves to get promotion for his great job at all time . It was an amazing experience with my recent hair transplant. My coordinator was Ms. Sahar, whose customer service is outstanding, regardless of result for the time being, i am very impressed with the service and coordination provided by herfrom start till my departure. Of course, the transplant went smooth as explained. That was something exactly i was expecting for. My friend had a tummy tuck and liposuction surgery there with the plastic surgeon Dr Anvar (Ahmedov).
I was very sceptical at first, worried about my long-time close friend, like many would be I sure.
During the consultation Dr Anvar explained everything in great detail. He was very honest, extremely knowledgeable and very patient, whiles me and my friend had endless questions about all the procedure, during it and all its aftereffects.
As well as, needed advice on the best procedure to do.
These questions were answered in great detail, accompanied by a real genuine heartfelt understanding that it isn’t all about the money, it is about making the right realistic decision together, that will give the best long-term results. and it is a two-way recovery commitment, to maintaining the best possible results in maintaining healthy/protein eating and practical exercises in the aftercare.
I.e. – the surgeon does the best surgery to suit the patient, and the patient has a responsibility to commit to the aftercare recommended for the best long-term results.
He was fantastic! And I can honestly say, he was there with my friend throughout the whole way in a caring genuine “love his job and care for his patients” way. Before surgery, during and after to the point he was one of the last people we had seen before flying home. Checking all his great work, that I can honestly say it was amazing the results. I couldn’t believe it myself – he is very good!
During the whole stay in Istanbul, (we flew from England) we were also constantly supported throughout by a wonderful lady called Kay and an amazing gentleman called Dorukhan, they were flawless! With being constantly by me and my friend’s side. Nothing was a problem and they made us feel so safe, valued, respected and at ease. They answered every single question and always got back to us when needed. We didn’t need to worry about a thing! Regarding transport, medication, during care/as well as aftercare and all communication between the surgeon and the hospital.
They both were so friendly, very understanding, empathetic and completely genuine. With caring honest hearts, always listening, calm, attentive, always smiling and speaking fantastic English.
I must say…. again! I am very grateful to the team we had and thank you so much to Promed Clinic for the amazing staff and Surgeon. That made me and my friend, feel so comfortable in such a difficult situation where we were both extremely nervous about it all. We have come home with a nice memory, a great safe experience that I feel, I can honestly trust again if I or my friend would ever want a different procedure in the future.

Please dont go this clinic. My experience was very worst, and I do not want you to experience what I’ve gone through.they dont have doctor.the surgery is very painful and have no professional doctors. All are young narses.we agreed that 5000 grafts but during the procedure, only 3700 grafts were planted.also the after 2years the result is bad.all transplant hair is gone.
They gave me certificate and called them about my result but they adviced
me, second surgery.promid is a travel agent,not clinic. Be careful before decide to go this bad clinic.

I came to promed clinic to get a dental treatment for laminate veneers and I was pleasantly surprised, Dr Denis and her team were fantastic, great communication, felt very comfortable and welcomed. The end result was perfect exactly what I wanted and they worked really hard to get my teeth completed within 5 days without having to compromise on anything, I am very happy with the results. After waiting about 2-3 hours in Airport you must go direct in Promed clinic und finish the payment after that they escort you to the Hotel wich is not in your agreement or their offer wich they self sent it to you. They lie very easily and try to motivate you to stay in this Hotel 😩😩😩 actually it hurts me hard wenn your own Afghans do it to you. I paid VIP Package but i did not receive it as they promised me ☹️until i am fighting hard 🥵. After some research on clinics for hair transplants I got in touch with Promed clinic and I identified right away. I spoke with Sona through WhatsApp and she was always very attentive and helpful. I closed with the clinic and a month later I was in Turkey. I was very well received by the whole team. From the driver to the doctors. And who gave me all the support , my translation was Sona, she was very attentive and helpful as well. It’s only been 5 days since the surgery so I can’t talk about the result. What I can say is that Promed Clinic is a super competent clinic with excellent employees. This was my second time Hair Transplant in Turkey. First time I have done with a clinic which I can not remember the name now. This time I have dome with Promed Clinic.
Promed Clinic has some marketing agents and one of them whose name is MOHAMED BELKADI (who is an Algerian)whom I will describe as a lie machine. Every single of his explanation and answer is full with lie and exaggeration. He is a professional liar. Every single moment he will tell you lie. Before travelling from the UK whatever he promised us he couldn’t even keep 30% of his commitment. He promised us that they will transplant 5000 grafts but they transplanted 3800 grafts and they couldn’t give me any Proper Explanation about this. During the operating I asked the technician that how many grafts they have transplanted the lady replied me me that they have transplanted 5000 grafts. Later on in the documents I have found that they did 3800 which is 1200 grafts less then they promised me.
There are another Moroccan lady who claimed to be a doctor (I have reason to doubt) she is another big liar. During the consultation she also told me they will transplant over 5000 grafts also explained me about my packages later on which they didn’t provide me.
There are another Tunisian lady who is another member of this Fraud gangs.
As soon as you reached their clinic they will take your passport and will pretend like they will not give your passport unless you pay them. Which is another way of their collecting money.
They also didn’t provide me all the treatment which were part of my Package.
Their packages prices are also double than all other clinic in Turkey.
So guys please do your research before taking decision where are you going to do you hair transplant.
Turkey is a great nation and I have found them to be very nice people. But those Algerian, Moroccan and Tunisian fraudsters are making a bad reputation for Turkey.

Please conduct a solid search before deciding on a hair transplant clinic in Turkey. My experience was worst, and I do not want you to experience what I’ve gone through. Spend a few hundred more and do a hair transplant with a dermatologist or skin care doctor.
Promed is not a dermatologist or skin care doctor’s office. They’re more like a consultation office, similar to a travel agency. There is no actual doctor; instead, they send patients to a local hospital called Florya after collecting your money. Throughout my procedure, I’ve not met any doctor. Everyone was a nurse/technician.
I’ve scheduled in person consultation with Promed Clinic in July 2022 while on vacation in Istanbul. During the initial consultation, they assured that around 4,000 to 4,500 grafts would be transplanted, however, during the procedure, only 3,000 grafts were planted. Here are a few significant issues with the so-called Promed Clinic:
• Poor communication. My medical consultant Omaid was a
good guy but lacked the basic knowledge of hair
transplant/procedure.
• Promised 4,500 grafts but transplanted 3,000. They issued a
a certificate that clearly states 3,000 grafts.
• I specifically asked to focus more on the crown area. They were supposed to plant 2000 grafts in the crown area and 2500 in the front, but instead, 3000 grafts were mostly planted in the front area.
• They gave me two local anesthesia or sedation because of
miscommunications.
• In my package, one session PRP was included, but it was
never done. When I inquired, they said we did it.
• Post-surgery instruction was not explicit at all. I’ve to visit Dr.
Serkain’s website to learn more about the post-surgery dos
and don’ts.
• Post-surgery follow-up was part of my package, the medical
consultant reached out two times and asked for photos, but
no feedback was provided.
Despite the above issues, I expected the result would be good, but after almost six months, the impact is minimal compared to people I know who has done hair transplant with well-known doctors in Turkey. I’ve reported these issues to my medical consultant, but no precise response was provided.

If you are not local then be careful they won’t give you any receipt of payment that you have made. Some staff members are good but be prepared for last minute charges they will make you fly then on there clinic they will start clubbing extra charges and try to rip you. Be careful and precise when dealing with there agents on WhatsApp make everything clear. At the end you will get a useless warranty certificate. My personal experience is I didn’t get the desired results. Multiple are on my head left untreated. Better not to go with this clinic

I had my hair transplant operation almost two months ago. I have never received proper consultation from this clinic, never saw my consultant and now I do not receive any response when I share my hair photos (probably this is part of the guarantee package!).
They are very good at customer service. It was interesting that they asked me to write a “good review” only two days after my operation. This simply means there are loads of fake reviews on this page. There are a lot of clinics in Istanbul, I suggest you look for a “real” one.

An absolute horrific experience. I had my hair transplant in October 2020. Operation was extremely painful, done by young completely non-professional young students. I had a very good doner area and they had to cover little crown and little front. They took at least 5000 hairs and drafted around 3000 the most (although on certificate it says 4000 which is an absolute lie). Now after 2 & a half year my hairs are worst than before. I have lost my doner area. Transplanted hairs are falling off. I still feel a strange sensation in my head. They do not have any expert to advise you if post operation complication arise. Let me say they no nothing about transplant. So please be very careful while choosing this clinic. If you decide to chose this clinic ask them where the operation will take place, visit the area, see who is doing transplant. I tried to be as honest as possible. My advise is, ” Do not chose this clinic, search some other clinics and have necessary checks, do not believe what clinic people will say”. Awarding 1 star as this is the least I can award, I wish I could award them -ve star.

Be careful please. This hair clinic is not what it pretends to be. I had my transplant in January 2021 and i had really a bad experience with them. Before transplant, an online free consultation was given by a doctor but when you arrive and pay them, they will hand over you to non-professional guys who are even not real surgeons. Guy who planted my hair, has done a disaster. He played with my donor area with no sense at all and plucked hair from donor area blindly. My donor area looks patchy now. Planted hair on the front looks awful because that fake surgeon planted the grafts without considering the hair angle and directions and now it is always difficult to style my hair because grown hair look like a blast on the head with no styling angle and direction. They also planted my moustasche and the results are same. I contacted the their agents but later left with unsatisfied answers. My lawyer from Istanbul will file a law suit against them soon and we will expose them on media as well.

I went over to promad clinic 3 weeks ago to get all upper zirconium crowns done . I was very nervous going over as I was travelling from Ireland and didn no what to expect plus I’m also a very bad patient, well I had nothing to worry about we were picked up at airport by the company and dropped to our lovely hotel.. On the Monday morning the work began it went so smoothly and I didn feel a thing as my mouth was fully numb. The Dr was absolutely outstanding and very professional, the clinic was spotless. I’m already organizing going back over again soon to get my bottom teeth done

My journey with Promed started 6 months back.!! Due to unfortunate reasons I had to cancel my appointments.The guys here were very helpful in providing me re-appointments as and when asked.
Finally I made to instanbul for my operation on 28th of June. Same day I had my operation. Doctors were amazing and very caring. Especially cheers to their patience for operation. Non stop for hours and hours. After 7 long hours I had by hairs planted from back to front. Yes it was painful for some time and sleeping was a bit of corncern. I hope it will get easier soon.

First of first thing I was looking for a good hair transplant and I got to know about PROMED HAIR CLINIC through my friend who had an excellent experience there. In the beginning, I want to thank Miss GULA for the consultation and all arrangements throughout the entire process: like picking up from the airport and our driver (Derive kivanc)was awesome. The clinic was clean and the staffs were very friendly and cooperative who explained us the process and helped us. Me and my wife went to PROMED, I did my hair and it was very good and satisfied, BUT!! my wife did the zirconium teeth, and it was not good, she did not like it, and we will go here (USA) to the dentist to fix them out. Do not do your teeth there, just go for the hair.
Also, they have very good services, like transportation and the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, they need to work more on their dental clinic. Big thanks to Mohammed, he was the best, and help me with all I need to know, he was the best person I met in Istanbul.
Update ** after 2 months, the clinic offered us to fix the teeth again for free, including free transportation and hotel. They got it fix in the best way, it looks perfect now. Throughout the process, I was able to communicate via WhatsApp with my assistant Fayzan. All my transportation was provided, all my questions were answered. I am in my early 20’s. Traveled all the way from Atlanta,Ga,USA to Istanbul, Turkey for a hair transplant procedure! After being convinced by the great customer service, the quick responses, the competitive pricing, and the pictures of the day after or week later post op procedures; must I say I am HIGHLY disappointed!! I’m about 4/5 months away from my 1 year disaster procedure. Which in messages I have been told different healing times and full result time frames from translators to supervisors to the clinic’s “fake doctor”. 4-6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, now I send pictures they’re saying 12-18 months! I am soooooo devastated! And know one reply’s anymore, help, or have a solution to MY NON GROWING, THIN, hair line!!

The taxi service is slow. Rendering it is not taxi drivers fault at times, rather it was my consultant Danish’s fault. He never communicates clearly. It seems like he is there for money and after you pay his motivation fades.
Other than that my experience with the clinic was delightful. Please don’t waste people’s time and money Danish. At this point I wouldn’t recommend at its current state.

Manal was a key contact with me during my very first stage which started with sharing the photos of the scalp, fore, sides and back of head.
Post the above Manal got back to me with recommendations after consulting with the hair specialist team about the number of graft and the procedure to be carried in my case it was DHI.
Manal had requested my travel dates which enabled her to book the taxi and the hotel. Manal made all the arrangements which meant stress free for me with no concerns.
Honestly throughout consultation, the level of communication with Manal was excellent even pre and post procedure, which was a great relief, Manal was very helpful especially during the stage where I had both my eyes totally puffed and swollen and she recommended to drink lots of water to flush out the antibiotics.
Manal has been very helpful with good communication basis from the start to even now, where request for updates are sent back to Manal and the latest photos showing the hair growth progress.

Very disapointed.
They tried to sell me something more at 150 euros once i arrived in turkey. They never mentionned this before. but they said it would help the surgery to get better result.
After 8 months now , i don’t see result.
They used to text me very very often before the surgery but as soon as i finished, they stopped all of a sudden.
they contacted me only once but to sell me something, supposed to be very important for after-surgery but they didn’t mention this when i was in turkey.

Hi Everyone Attention please, what you are looking in this hospital and what they are trying to show you that everything is a drama not a reality, because I had a very very bad experience with them, because I went there for the hair transplant in October 2020 but I have very worst hair results and experience, before the appointment and surgery they will convince you and they will give you guarantee for the 💯 % results and for the best services, but actually they don’t, because once you will be there then it’s means you will loose everything, I mean your money and your donner area, and I think money is also very important but the donner area? Once you loose your donner area then🤷♂️, so please I advise you to Everyone who want to go to promed hair for the hair transplant please don’t 🙏.

Begging with the consultation, Miss Gula was awesome. She explained everything in detail and was very explanatory. Starting with the pickup, the driver was friendly and hospitable. The team of doctors in the OR were careful and excellent. Even after we came back, the post up care impressed me as they are following up. I really enjoyed the experience the clinic staff was great very informative about the operation. The only minor issue was the translation from clinic to the doctor to the hotels other then that. Everything was fine the hotel could’ve been a bit better though!

I had 4,000 grafts with Promed after being recommended by friends with great results. The whole process has been made not only an easy but enjoyable process, the reception staff there Razan, Salma and David along with the Doctors are incredibly informative and helpful. I had a hair transplant 3 days ago and the whole experience from start to finish was a very positive one. I was given a comfortable 4 star hotel and the doctors at the hospital were very professional and helpful, I was provided an interpreter who helped me convey my concerns to the doctor.
The most positive aspect of this experience was the fact that I was able to constantly contact Mr Imtiaz who was excellent throughout my experience. He has been in touch with me from the start up until now. Whenever I had any medical worries he was always there to answer all my questions professionally. Mr Imtiaz has been outstanding in providing constant care round the clock, even if I called him at midnight he was available.
I would highly recommend ProMED to anyone thinking of getting a hair transplant because you will be provided with professional and sympathetic doctors and a stress free experience.

They did not do any PRP or skincare treatment what they said : very rude and non competent staff specially the casher ! who does not speak english.
It is funny you will be not able to get any receipt if you pay by cash.
the staff are very frightening who do the surgery because there is no doctor. Only butchers with no experiences.

Unfortunately, hair implant that has been performed by your clinic didn’t help me to achieve a good result. After almost two years, i see almost no improvement. I’m now considering to have the treatment for a second time, but this time by a professional Party. Btw, i did contact Promed salesperson who had helped back then, but no response. I sent her a picture of my head, but I guess, she has no explanation to justify the result. Although my messages are being marked as read.
But i’m glad many ppl have positive feedbacks, i guess it works for some and some not. I didn’t find reviews of ppl that have posted the review after a long time. Almost all reviews if not all of them are posted short after the treatment.

Customers needs to have right of choice for any decision before ops.
Orientat the patient on the ops procedures and plans.
Technicians needs to be introduced to patient before ops.
Management shall visit thier patients during ops-may have more info in plate.

I get my hair transplant last year in june and till now my hair is good growing good my hair is very low density and i can still see my scalp which is very stressful for me because i spent so much money on that , when i send them photo they just reply do PRP but what about the hair transplant , they just plant front hair very unsatisfied

I will be writing about my own experience that some of you might of been through and some of you didn’t but the people who are going visit this center has the right to know few details that the happy customers maybe wont mention:
The problem is there no way that they were able to count the grafts and that is annoying because you cant tell if they really implanted that exact number or they just telling you the maximal number of grafts in order to motivate you.
the operation itself was very annoying starting from injecting the local anesthsia which was done by a nurse who didnt give a check that l have a lower pain thresh-hold than the other and kept injecting everywhere while repeating sorry “no english”, the doors kept opening and closing every 5 minute from other workers – who needed something from the room or just came by to talk, no body knocked on the door before coming in, most of them use their phones while operating and answering calls without even taking off the gloves,
HOSPITAL room did not contain any monitors to monitor your vital statistics after all this is a surgery -Rags ( or Towels) are from the market and are not sanitized
There is NO DOCTOR WATCHING OVER THEM DURING THE PROCEDURE OR PERIODICALLY STOPPING by to see how things are going and they was talking ,singing and laughing during while operating. Don’t forget they performed 8 to 10 procedures everyday WITHOUT A CERTIFIED DOCTOR WATCHING OVER THEM
THERE ARE NO HAND SANITIZERS IN THE ROOM .
the prices are different for each patient. Although, they had their hair treated with same technique and its depends on the grafts number so you never know why someone pays less or more than you.
the hotel was far away from the hair center and we had to drive through the traffic everytime you needed to go there so the location wasnt very clever at all, hotel itself was okay but, didnt match the 5 stars even 4 star category, guests were smoking in the hallway and even outside their rooms in front of the elevator, the breakfast was very primitive and below standard. My overall rating is bad/ not satisfied. Even though, I didn’t see the results yet. ( its just my 6th day) but this center has a lot to improve and change in order to deserve the current rating (4.3) which doesnt match the service it provides. My advice to you, as long as it has to do with your health or physical appearance try to search for best of the best because it’s false the path to save money at the cost of your health/ physical appearance.
