I had rhinoplasty done 3 weeks ago and my dream came true, I got the result I dreamed about for many years. The result is impressive, the shape of the nose is very good chosen. A huge thanks to my coordinator Dave who was available 24/7, accompanied me throughout the trip and made my trip extremely comfortable and memorable, everything was very well organized and I felt great. I’m very grateful to doctor Onur, who is truly professional and turned my crooked nose into a perfect small and beautiful nose. All the staff of Grand Clinic are professionals and very kind and nice people. All the drivers, hotel staff, nurses, Iman were very nice, helpful and friendly. This Clinic should just stick to hair transplant and liposuction, I came in 3rd January 2023 for a mummy makeover the person in charge as Surgeon assigned to me was Dr.Can USLU . Let me make a long story short I won’t recommend him to any female he is cocky , speaks over you and am very dissatisfied with the outcome don’t waste your time going there its absolutely rubbish and I regrets it. The only good thing was that the nurses which was absolutely amazing and is the reason why they get a star from me . British mums don’t waste your time going there..

I came from the UK for an ethnic rhinoplasty. From the consultation online, (thanks to Oussama my consultant) to the visa application process, to the journey, transfers, procedure, aftercare….all excellent. I cannot overemphasize on how organized the entire process was. This made me very impressed. I specially want to commend everyone who was involved for their promptness and care. Everyone absolutely kept to time. Oussama responded to all of my messages 24/7! No matter how ridiculous they sounded, he was very patient and attentive. I came from Ireland. I was very satisfied after my dental and hair transplant. I will update the rest of the treatment when I arrive 3 months later. I’m waiting for the second visit for this. It is a nice hospital and clean. I chose the hospital without hesitation because it was too crowded. There are many professional translators and doctors who know their job.

I went to this clinic for a revision rhinoplasty and I was so well looked after by the staff here. The project coordinators here were fantastic and looked after me at each step. Mohammed, Meric and Emir ensured I was always with someone at the clinic. My questions were answered and was always offered the best hospitality. This is a new clinic with a fantastic team and the prices are brilliant at the moment. The transfers were always on time and reliable also. I was safe and secure at each step of the way. i can t recommend them enough . The service I received was incredible . Staff were polite professional and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. I was reassured and a full explanation of a treatment plan and costs was discussed in detail. I was given the options, talked through the alternatives, asked for my choices and then the work was carried out. I would not hesitate to book again with this practice. I would regualrly get a phone call the day after treatment asking if everything was to my satisfaction. The treatment was never rushed and all follow-up instructions on after care were clearly explained too. I would like to thank the team for all their hard work, kind a considerate treatment and professionalism.

Six month update 5/30/2023 I have scars and very minimal results, just don’t do it. Doctor and team were great. Didn’t give five starts because I can’t say the same about the hospital, amenities and hospital staff.

Not a confident and professional clinic. Take care! After the cirurgy, if something goes bad and you have an infection, they don’t care at all. So disappointing.

I recommend this hospital clinic to all Italians, at first I was dubious and asked for information and various estimates, they were immediately friendly and attentive in organizing everything, from your arrival at the airport until the day of your departure. The clinic is well organised, clean and comfortable and the nurses and meal bringers have always taken care of me even for the little things, like eating soup when I was very weak. ❤️ Dr. Ustun is a great professional, he listens and advises you on the work to be done; many thanks to the translator Alejandro, who has always been kind, to Dilyora who is a very sweet assistant and to the pleasant and always punctual driver who put music on during the journeys. I did rhinoplasty and rhinoseptoplasty 10 days ago. At the beginning I was a little hesitant due to the much lower price compared to Italy and the fact that I would have had to go to Turkey to have surgery… in the end I jumped in and did very well, I would do it again 1000 times. Last year I found a clinic, I made the prepayment and they ripped me off (to this day I still have not received the refund). I met Grand Clinic through instagram and got in touch with them. From the first moment my consultant Maria has been very attentive, answering each and every one of my questions. When I got to the clinic I was scared since I have 3 heart operations. They did the tests and before the surgery Dr. Onur visited me. He explained everything to me, very professional and attentive. Three hours later I came out of surgery. I underwent a septal rhinoplasty with Dr. Onur ÜSTÜN, the doctor who performs Grand Clínic rhinoplasties, and I had negative results. 3 months have passed and I have serious respiratory problems, nasal obstruction, I contact the Grand Clínic Assistants again to solve the situation and they do not give me a solution. The bad clinic I have seen in my whole life.. I come from Germany for a nose correction and after that all catastrophes. My surgery would not be done because of a disease in my blood (not dangerous). After that the organizer tells me to continue my surgery anyway I have to pay double price, or even if not I still have to pay 1100€ for examination plus 20% extra. The nurse couldn’t take my blood properly either and the hotel where I stayed for 3 days wasn’t quite in order either because it was under construction. Please stay away from these people what you want just fooled. Kind regards

⚠️ watch out for this clinic. I had a 5 star rating here because they took my phone and rated it Almost 3 months ago I had a hair transplant, abdomenplasty, lipo vaser 360, BBL, teeth whitening and breast augmentation with silicone prosthesis. All procedures were a failure. Today I have one breast that is bigger than the other and falling with flaccidity, my navel is crooked and the left side is bigger than the right. I was operated on by 1 doctor and 1 intern (due to the damage on my left side, it could only be an intern) The post-surgical follow-up is terrible, that is, it doesn’t exist, they don’t care about anything after you’ve already paid. Pay close attention to their social networks, because it seems to me that their strength is just their nose. I hope I helped, who wants to know more and see photos I’m here to make available.

You go with enthusiasm to see yourself better and you leave there much worse off, don’t go they play with your life and your health they had to remove my prostheses in Spain in an emergency and my nose is bad inside. I have had a terrible time physically and psychologically I can’t take it anymore, very sad and disappointed.

The account manager Ihab was also a very good informant and very helpful in everything. You will get only surgery ,all the rest you must provide by yoursel mif,even the food and water. For receive linen and toilet paper I needed to ask several times. No transfer, no hotel, no WiFi , no towels. nurses are very good girls (not speaking English),but the head stuff is there only for made confusion.never punctually, never provide you of most necessary things , highly inuntrustful and always laying .They didn’t want even to give me the payment receipt.I must call police and ambassy that to have my documents back. I suffered there enough. The worst my experience abroad. I payed one week of 5stars hotel and never seen it , neither money back for it. for your safety ,avoid this horrible place.
